Christina Carlos
Christina received her B.A. in LSA from the University of Victoria and then proceeded to work in many different areas including recreational facilities, extended care homes and youth programs for the first part of her career. After staying at home to raise her two daughters, Christina then changed her focus to helping small business owners with their bookkeeping and administration, finally pursuing bookkeeping full-time. She is a QuickBooks ProAdvisor, certified in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop, is a Certified Professional Bookkeeper and active member of CPB Canada, and is a certified tax preparer. With over 10 years experience in this field, her main focus is to help incorporations and small businesses achieve their business goals and be successful in their own right.
Kelly Russell
After receiving her Bachelor of Commerce from Queen’s University, Kelly worked with organizations of various sizes, from small businesses to a publicly-traded company. In addition to years of bookkeeping and administrative experience, she has also developed skills in and excelled at Sales and Business Development, Hiring, Training and Talent Development, Cost Analysis and Control, and Merchandising for Maximum Impact. She has also extensive experience in Human Resources matters including Employment Standards (Progressive Discipline, Termination, Mediation) and WCB Claims.
